Contact our technical support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the automation hardware and all original components in their original packaging to ensure the delicate electronics and mechanical parts are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the shipping label provided by our support team or use a trackable carrier of your choice.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement system within 5-7 business days.
